Cannot recommend George & Owen enough! I was starting to think I would never be able to find my dream car for an affordable price.....and then I found Family Cars NI! There was no pressure to buy from them at all - they are so laid back, but to be honest, the cars sell themselves! Only wish I had found them sooner

I bought my 2009 zafira nearly two years ago from these guys... paid a fair price and was looked after with service that would be second to none!! The car itself was bought to serve a purpose... as a property maintenance person self employed I needed a vehicle that would not let me down and an after care service that I could rely on!! I only visited their place for inquiry but ended up buying the BMW series 5. I felt George's honesty when explaining things which only shows their family values. I asked for the sat nav to be updated and I will pay extra as it is not part of the package but George gave to me for free. Very polite people to deal with. Highly recommend!ed!

I wasnt buying a car but these guys really helped me out when I had a bash today. They stopped and helped me out when I had no phone signal and no way of contacting anyone. Let me use thier phone to get in touch with my family and helped me sorting out the recovery when I was shaken up. Couldn't meet a nicer bunch of people and I'll definitely have them in mind for the next time I'm looking for a car. Definitely the most decent car sales men I've ever meet.

Just picked up my new BMW 318D Sport! And I am absolutely delighted! The service that I received was second to none! Both James and George listened to everything I said when I was outlining exactly what I was looking for and gave me great advice which resulted in me buying this fantastic car! I will definitely be back to these guys when I am looking to change cars again! The most important thing for me when buying a car is that I am met with honesty these guys run this business as an open book. There is no surprises waiting for you as soon as you sign the dotted line which is unfortunately the case for many other dealerships.
